Brian is a Partner at KP and has been a registered lobbyist with the firm since 2014. He provides strategic counsel on legislation, policy, regulatory consulting, and advocacy for a variety of clients. He specializes in energy, transportation, goods movement, education, and housing policies while representing a diverse group of clients in discussions with the Governor’s Office, California Legislature and regulatory agencies, including for clients such as Offshore Wind California, Pacific Merchant Shipping Association, Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, Tenaska, General Atomics, International Code Council, New Energy Equity, Renewable Properties, New Leaf Energy, Visions In Education, Association of Personalized Schools and Services, Mosquito Vector and Control Association of California, California Licensed Foresters Association, Hipcamp, and FPH2.
